Who do I contact if I do not receive confirmation of my User ID or my Activation code?

If you enrol for your first service using a User ID, provided we have a correspondence address, you will receive confirmation of it via post within 7 days of registration.

Please note: some services, including those operated by HMRC, do not offer postal confirmation of user IDs.

If the service you have enrolled for requires activation you will also receive an Activation code by post within 7 days of enrolment.

If you have not received confirmation of your User ID or Activation code within this time you should contact the departmental helpdesk for the service you have enrolled for.
